Frequently Asked Questions

With custom products, we get a lot of frequently asked questions. Here are a few of the most common questions that may help you make the best decisions.

1. Can we send you a picture of our marriage certificate?

Answer: No we need a flat bed scanned document to get all of the beautiful details. We want to make sure your final product looks amazing and we can only achieve that with a scanned document. 

2. What if I do not have a scanner? 

Answer: We recommend taking your document to your local Office Depot or office supply store. They can scan your document and put it on a thumb drive easily.

3. What is your turnaround time?

Answer: We typically have a 3 business day turnaround time year round, with the exceptions of the Holiday season. Holiday season generally goes from Nov.-Dec. Those months can run close to a 5-6 day turnaround time.

4. Can I choose a custom design to add to my product?

Answer: Absolutely! We design custom designs daily. Just make sure and click the custom design option and leave us some detailed instructions in the comment box. We will always send a draft for you approval on custom designs before we print. 

5. Where are you guys located? 

Answer: Our workshop is located at our home in Dayton, Tx. 

6. Where can we go to see your products in person? 

Answer: Although our workshop is at our home, we get our mobile store front out about 6-7 times a year to show off our products and hang out with our customers! Check out event dates at www.market535.com. We are at all Market 535 events.
