Returns and Refunds (Not applicable)
Each item is custom and manufactured in our workshop per the customers specifications at the time the order is placed, therefore full returns on processed items are not allowed. From the moment the order is placed your specific piece of wood is cut, sanded and keyholed for your specific order. Your custom piece goes through several processes before it ever hits the print and design room.Ā
If you receive your item and it has been damaged by the postal carrier. We will replace your items as long as you make sure and follow these steps below. You must keep all packaging with its contents and bring it to your local postal office for review. This is required by the USPS service. Please take photos of packaging and broken items and send them to us at info@thebrokenplank.com. Once that has been done, we can file a claim and replace your item very quickly. This procedure is required by the USPS and UPS to process claims properly. If these steps are not taken, we will not be able to replace or exchange your item.

We only replace items if we have made an error with your order or in the case your item is damaged by the mail carrier or postal provider (instructions above). Exchanges are not allowed because each item is customized per the customers specifications. By uploading your documents and or photos to The Broken Plank Photo Boards and more LLC website your are acknowledging that you are the legal owner of the uploaded photos and or documents and have full ownership rights and or permissions to the photos and or documents. The Broken Plank is not responsible for any photos or documents with professional licenses and or copyrights. The Broken Plank Photo Boards & more is not responsible for any photos or documents that are uploaded without legal owners permissions. Documents and photos may be displayed on various social media platforms and or displayed during a trade show or event, unless requested in writing otherwise by email or letter by the legal owner of the photo and or document. When uploading your documents and or photos to www.thebrokenplank.com, the customer is agreeing and acknowledging these terms.Ā
ShippingĀ
We ship USPS priority mail and UPS for our larger packages. We can not guarantee the delivery times. We stand by our turnaround times, but once the carrier takes possession of the package, it is out of our hands. We will always work with you to track and follow through with all any any missing packages and or damaged items. Damaged claims instructions are in the paragraphs above. Please read those very carefully.
